30-Day Return Policy
The following criteria must be met in order to be eligible for a refund.

Returns must be post marked within 30 days of the original order date. |
| 2. |
Item(s) being returned must be new, unused and in their original packaging with all accessories. |
| 3. |
Item(s) must be returned to us via a traceable shipping method with a delivery confirmation with all shipping costs pre-paid. |
Items will NOT be eligible for a refund if:
1. Shipment was refused upon delivery.
2. An incorrect address was provided by the customer.
Please do not take it upon yourself to simply return any merchandise without first contacting us or you will void any and all return rights. We will guide you through the return process via email.
All returns are handled on a case by case basis. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If we did not make a mistake fulfilling your order then you are responsible for return shipping costs. If we shipped you the wrong product(s) we will cover shipping both ways. The initial shipping charge is non-refundable unless your order was shipped incorrectly.
If a refund is denied based on the above criteria, we will NOT automatically call and/or return the item(s) to you. Items that are denied a refund are held for 14 days and only returned if the customer authorizes us to charge their credit card for the applicable return shipping fees.
